Yanett Medrano, Founder
Welcome! Meet our founder and lead stager, Yanett!
Yanett developed a passion for interior decorating early in life. Yanett is a first-generation Latina graduate. Yanett graduated from Sacramento State University and received her bachelor's degree in Sociology. (Stingers up)
Yanett has many years of experience in the real estate industry and understands the importance of staging- which is why she partnered with many top producing agents to help them achieve a higher return on investment for their listings.
Yanett loves to help people achieve success by helping her clients sell fast through her unique style. Yanett is passionate about the real estate industry, the design industry, and being outdoors. When she is not staging, Yanett is outdoors- enjoying Sacramento weather by hiking or spending the afternoon at her favorite park.

Stephanie medrano, founder
Welcome! Meet our founder and lead stager, Stephanie!
Stephanie learned about home staging at an internship with the Sacramento Association of Realtors- where she gained knowledge and insight into the home staging industry.
Stephanie discovered her passion for design when she would catch herself binge-watching HGTV (Property Brothers and Flip or Flop are her favorite shows). Stephanie pivoted her career and took the leap of faith- In 2020, Stephanie and Yanett started a staging business and the rest is history. Stephanie plans to pursue a higher education in Interior Design. Stephanie loves to help people make their dreams come to reality through design.
When Stephanie is not staging- you can find her in Midtown exploring the beauty Sacramento offers.
