Home staging is the preparation of a house for sale in the real estate marketplace. The goal is to make the home appealing to potential buyers. A professional home stager has all the resources to view the house as a product and highlight its assets while downplaying its flaws. At Modern Interior & Staging, INC, our designers are certified and trained to specialize in this form of design.

Payment must be paid in full before the staging date or the day of staging.
We recommend all main areas to be staged in order to benefit from Home staging.
Main areas include Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, and Master Bedroom
Depending on the size of the home; staging can take up to 5-6 hours. We require a full day.
We have a 60-day agreement. After 60 days, you have the option to renew for a monthly fee.
We need at least a 3-day notice to prepare for staging. If you need an immediate staging please call/text us at (916)870-6141 to check availability.
Vacant Staging:
Request a quote through call, text, or email, once approved we will schedule a day to view the property to take measurements and start your design plan. After, we will set a target staging date and We will arrive and make your listing pop. When your listing sells please notify us and we will schedule a date to pick up our inventory.
Occupied Staging:
We start with an occupied consultation that will cost you $250.00. After the consultation, we send the homeowner a detailed report with a to-do list. Once the homeowner completes the to-do list our professionals will take care of the rest and create an inviting space for buyers.
